Actually, there is not any kind of efficiant and flexible architecture of network of bots over IRC; All the architectures like eggdrop's BOTNET are static. BobotNET must be a free network; So, when a new bot arrives on a channel, it discovers all the others bots and take a place in the network for this channel.
