NAME

BoBot::PlugIn::MetaCharacter - Plugin for catching commands.

DESCRIPTION

This plugin allows people to send request to the bot in an easy way. Once a message is caught, it will send a CMD_* message to be treated by other plugins. The plugin catches the following:

o: Public messages beginning with the name of the bot.
o: Public messages beginning with a given meta-character (hence the name of the plugin).
o: Private message, beginning or not with the name of the bot and/or the meta-character.

new( $parent )

Creates a new auth plugin. Opens the auth database.
