BoBot::PlugIn::Ping - Plugin for for answering to a ping request.
To check that a client is still alive, the IRC servers send PING queries. The client is to answer as quickly as it can in order to stay connected. This plugin takes care of this mechanism for BoBot.
It is highly recommended to load this plugin ;-)
Handles the request given as param.
